Steak pie chips peas beautifully cooked, fish goujon fantastic, staff great,homemade chips would be lovely, but not a complaint.We coming back.thank you.Back again,scampi lush,hubby had the fish goujon lush,service great.

We've been a couple of times as an Irish pair who visit the area regularly enough especially from late summer into autumn. Normally no bother but this time going alone, I 100% saw the waitress as she was trying to talk to me outside, while I was on the phone (and that's ok as it happens) making some kind of joke in my direction to a girl who is presumably some kind of manager and is there years. It was brazen, people literally come in here from brunch until dinner as who cares when you're abroad. Disappointed with the attitude

Brilliant place! We've been twice now. Go when the quiz is on - its so well organised, there is a break half way through the quiz so you can use the facilities, have your meal and drink, have a chit chat and socialise with the other teams. Superb! I had the mussels in white wine sauce - Delicious! Others had burgers, etc. Food must've been good because plates were empty. Service was brilliant.

Very friendly staff at this pub. We did not eat as the restaurant closes early on a Sunday... but tasty wine and a nice atmosphere.

Fantastic food. Friendly staff. We ordered afternoon tea for the ladies and steak pie for the gents. Beautiful. Very highly recommended. The cocktails wwnt down nicely too lol. Looking forward to our next visit. Xx
