I never write bad reviews but after being left stranded at the Malaga station I think it’s important to let people know what could potentially happen if they try to use this company.In mid-September, two weeks prior to my planned pick-up, I submitted a request for a car transfer from Malaga to Marbella. The car was confirmed, we were given the price, and I was told that Jose would e-mail me the day of the transfer with the driver’s contact information. I still hadn’t heard from anyone by 3:00pm when I got to the station so I e-mailed Jose, I e-mailed the main contact of the company (twice), and I tried calling but it went to voicemail. When my fiancé called he was hung up on. No one ever got back to us and no car ever showed up. I gave the company two days thinking this was a big misunderstanding and they would respond to my e-mails and let us know why this happened and apologize for leaving us completely stranded, but I have yet to hear from them or get any reason or apology.I have never experienced this level of poor service. Fortunately, we ended up getting a last minute Uber in a much nicer vehicle (and it was cheaper).

Muy profesionales y serviciales con el cliente, les dije que prefería ir por la costa a 70km/h para disfrutar del paisaje y no hubo ningún problema. (normalmente el camino es por autopista). El conductor Adrián, nos ofreció agua.
