NO BEDS!! - we are a family of four and we had to sleep in two single beds pushed together and the children were expected to sleep on the sofa… the kids pool is great for young ages but there is no kids club, they run activities for the kids but no where specifically for them to go without constant parent supervision. The food at the hotel is atrocious. Repetitive, low quality and unappealing. (What is fried Milk? and why was it served every day?) we ate mostly bread and ice cream. Location is good for small beaches and close to town which does have great food and bars. Would not recommend or return.

Fantastic 8 night stay.My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.The food and drinks have been fantastic with a different variety every day.The pools are lovely and clean, with plenty of seating.We have enjoyed a mixture of children’s and adult activities, with lots of daily options and the team are so friendly and engaging.Our room has been perfect with plenty of space and cleaned to an exceptional standard. Very happy and would love to come again.

Second visit this year!!!Love this hotel. The staff are a big part of why this is the place we come back to time and time again. The entertainment team are the best around. Nothing is to much if you have any problems just ask and something will be sorted straight away to help improve your stay.

Our holiday for 4 nights only was just what we needed as a couple. We had the best time, best entertainment for me and my husband, Alena, Diego and Ramsy were all fantastic in keeping the hotel entertained, their energy and crazy wonderful personalities light up the resort. Our room was lovely and clean and spacious, food was OK, some days good some not so good but it wouldn't stop me going again. Beautiful little village surrounding the hotel.

Having just read recent reviews I would say to anyone looking to book don't let them put you off.Mixed reviews are the norm nowadays and you need to read the good with the bad but can assure you the good far outweigh the bad.More than 10 visits here and once again spot on.All the staff from the minute we arrived from reception, bar, restaurant, cleaners, maintenance, chefs and animation team could not have been friendlier.Have been to many places where they are falsely friendly but you can see they genuinely love their jobs and having spoken to a couple of them they all say that it is a good hotel to work in and they look after their staff which certainly comes across.We had no children with us now as ours are grown up but wish we had discovered this place when they were younger as you could see the animation team were fantastic with the kids and splash pools amazing.Plenty of variety of food in the restaurant and to be honest if you cant find something you like then don't think you will ever be happy !The rooms were spotless and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.A mix of nationalities were there including French, Spanish, Germans and Scandinavians and all the guests seemed very pleasant without the usual 'brits abroad' type of crowd which made for a really friendly and safe environment.The hotel moves on next year to a new format with an adult only zone and a family zone.Hopefully this will enhance the experience for guests once again.I would recommend anyone to visit here as really is an amazing place made by the staff.

Stayed here for 7 days. The hotel was nice and clean, the main restaurant was good in the evening. The pizzas in the snack bar are made fresh and were excellent. The main town is about a 10 minute walk, the beach is a 1 minute walk. The staff and activities for the guests and children were stand out. The gym has enough for me to have a basic work out during the week.

My family and I had a lovely stay here in October 23. The staff are brilliant and extremely attentive. The food could be better. The local beach is close and well kept, it is nice if you like sun loungers, if you don't then the beach will feel small.

Llevamos 4 días y estamos muy contentos el hotel es muy bonito el servicio también y la cala está genial.Es un lugar tranquilo.El personal muy atento y simpático.La comida muy buena descartar el zumo natural en el desayuno, las paellas y fideuá al mediodía y las cenas temáticas en las noches.Nos quedan 3 días si alguien quiere saber algo que pregunte, dejamos algunas fotos esperamos ayudar a decidiros por este hotel porque merece mucho la pena.

Just arrived home from a brilliant week at MarSenses. Two families staying here & I absolutely cannot fault the hotel. Suites were spacious & clean. Great facilities, amazing food & drink, brilliant location. One thing that stands out are the staff. Everyone from the maids to the bar staff are friendly & courteous. Reception staff are all very helpful & happy. Great variety of evening entertainment provided & each night had a different food theme in the restaurant, we were particular fans of Asian night. Lifeguards stationed at every pool & even on the beach. This hotel is definitely family oriented, our kids all had a great time & even joined in with some of the activities. I would highly recommend staying here, we didn't want to leave
