I recently hired a road bike from these guys and it was an amazing experience. The bike was in perfect condition and all the gears set up well. I did the classic rides of Sa Calobra and Cap de Formentor and the bike was faultless. What made them stand out though was their customer service. Really nice people and a pleasure to chat with. I even got mixed up and went to the wrong shop, but it was no bother to them to pop round with the bike. Thanks for a great experience. Hope to see you again next year.

Very good bikes, and it was possible to give back next day morning

Hired 3 carbon road bikes, all set up and ready, one bike broke a spoke while out on a ride, contacted the store via WhatsApp, they came straight out to us with a replacement rear wheel over 25 miles away, absolutely fantastic, i couldn't recommend them enough.If you want to hire a bike, then definitely go with these guys

We rent 2 E-MTB at Ecobikes. The staff was very friendly and supportive as this was our first time renting such bikes so he gave us an instruction and also recommended some routes. Bikes were in very good shape from what I can tell. The trip was fun and definitely worth the sweat!Highly recommended.

These guys are highly recommended. They hold a massive range of bikes from electric, to mountain and elite road. Booking couldn’t be easier, emails always get answered (in English). If you stay at EIX Alcudia the shop is right opposite. Open 7 days a week.Top marks for Gabriel and his mate, excellent and friendly service. Couldn’t be better. Use them!A tip. Wir haben uns hier für 4 Räder entschieden (Alu/Disc). Der Service war super. Pedale wurden am Tag vor der Abholung montiert, die Räder entsprechend vorbereitet. Eine vermutlich verschmutzte/verölte Hinterrradbremse fiel nach der ersten Probefahrt Richtung Finca auf, wurde nicht am Ort repariert/verschlimmbessert sondern völlig problemlos ein gleichwertiges Austauschfahrrad in die 15km entfernte Finca binnen 30 min geliefert. Durch den Bruch des Schaltauges an meinem Rad war das Schaltwerk leider unbrauchbar. Auch hier sofortige Lösung, Anbau von Ersatz und ein freundlicher detailverliebter Mechaniker, der sogar noch das minimalste Schleifen der Bremsscheibe per Öldruckreduktion abstellte. Am letzten Tag wurde unaufgefordert angefragt ob und wann man die Räder abholen könne/solle. Eine horrende Kaution wurde nicht gefordert, ebenso auch keine Extra-Versicherung aufgezwungen. Die Gebrauchsschäden (ein Platter, ein Schaltauge, ein komplettes Schaltwerk) wurden alle ohne eine in Rechnungsstellung zu vollster Zufriedenheit behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le meilleur loueur de vélo. Vous ne serez jamais mieux accueilli que dans cette enseigne. Les tarifs déjà sont excellents, les vélos sont parfaits et très bien entretenus par des techniciens investis. La propriétaire est charmante et très arrangeante.. je viens à Majorque tous les ans et je n'irai jamais dans une autre enseigne qu'Eco bikes. Ne vous embêtez pas à voyager avec votre vélo en soute, ici vous trouverez votre bonheur à des tarifs excellents.
