Hotel SB Diagonal Zero

Great place to stay. It is worth taking the deluxe room for better views of the sea, access to the terrace and pool and 1 hour spa. We had a great stay and definitely will be coming back again

Do not recommend. This is not a 4 star hotel. More like a 1 star. On our first day the sink was broken and water was stuck. Disgusting. Got fixed the next day. Later we woke up from loud noises early in the morning. Apparently they were doing renovations on the rooms next to us. We got new rooms but why the hell would they set us next to a building area. + the first room the we got was dirty, not properly cleaned at all. + we didn’t even get rubs, flipflos and the door looked like it was about to fall. The staff in the lobby were ok, not that but definitely not good. They should learn how to manage costumers service.Please, when you go to Barcelona go to a different hotel, this was not worth it.. I regret staying here.

Everything was great, the staff was always helpful, the room was cozy and big enough, the cleaning and the change of towels was done every day. The breakfast was wonderful in my opinion, lots of choices, healthy food, and a lot of Spanish (and Catalan) produce. The location is also good, not central, but since it is on the Diagonal avenue, the tram and metro are a few steps away and you can reach the centre within 10 minutes, or walk as we did somedays. The hotel is across the sea, so you can take a walk by it. We would definitely come back.

The room was very nice except we had a little problem with the room thermometer bc our room was a bit too cold to sleep in and it was solve the next day. But the service was great! The staff was very friendly and quick to help us out if we need anything. We also went to the spa. It was very relaxing.The location was outside the city but close to the beach. You can easily take public transport nearby. We were happy to stay in this hotel

Not in the centre of Barcelona city but absolutely worth the tram ride to this location to stay. I came here with a couple of my friends and we were so happy with our stay.The rooms were a great size, comfortable beds, TV with tea making facilities, a microwave and fridge.Bathroom was lovely, nice shower and facilities.Very clean and breakfast looked great but we went out for food.Went to the gym and the facilities there were superb, would definitely stay here again when returning to Barcelona!

Stayed here with my wife for 5 nights. Can not fault it. Great rooms, comfy beds, beautiful breakfast, friendly staff and room service kept our room nice and clean. I don't have one bad thing to say. Also not far from the beach. I would definitely stay here again!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Metro is very close as well as taxi rank and e-bikes into the city.

Nice view of the ocean and the city especially from the outdoor pool on the 17th floor. The natural history museum and a large public park area are right across the street. As are various stops of different kinds of public transportation. The room was surprisingly big with a few extras like an open bath with a jacuzzi, a microwave or different kinds of pillows to choose from. Though it has seen better days: crooked shelves, holes in the wall, a dented door frame. But the hammering and drilling coming from other floors suggests that they are on it. The breakfast was nice, fresh and tasty.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for 3 nights, and it was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Initially, I had been assured that our room would have 3 single beds, but upon arrival, the night staff informed us that they would arrange the change after 12 noon the next day. However, when we approached the day staff, they claimed there were no available rooms.Now, we're into our 2th night, and the night staff again promised us a room change at noon. When we spoke to the day staff at 10:00 am, they instructed us to vacate our current room by 12:00 and promised a new room. However, when we returned at noon, they informed us that we'd have to wait for 3 more hours. When I objected to this delay, given our belongings and the inconvenience it caused, the response was sure we can" dismissive and unprofessional. After some argument

Barcelona desde el cielo pero con un sabor agridulce.Nos alojamos en una de las mejores habitaciones, la supreme con jacuzzi. El espacio, la estética y las vistas no dejan indiferente a nadie. Lo que sí fue una sorpresa, no precisamente positiva: los desperfectos y poco cuidado de según qué espacios.El jacuzzi apuntaba maneras de ser una maravilla pero distaba mucho de lo que pretendía ser. La mayoría de paneles no funcionaban y al activar el efecto hidromasaje empezó a gotear el techo, literalmente. Al principio pensamos que se trataba de la condensación generada por los contrastes de temperatura (calefacción y agua caliente) pero caímos en la cuenta que se filtraba el agua, a modo gotera, de diferentes puntos de la habitación (por los focos de luz del baño y la rendija encima del jacuzzi).A su vez, todo esto generó que la habitación acabase con el suelo empapado con el peligro de resbalar y manchar todas las zonas que en un inicio no estaban mojadas.De este modo, nos queda un sabor agridulce de la que esperábamos que fuese una instancia tranquila y agradable. No era lo que se esperaba de un servicio que tanto prometía al tratarse de un hotel 4 estrellas situado en una de las zonas de mayor referencia hotelera de la ciudad.

Le doy 4 estrellas X el buffet de desayuno que está muy bien si eres de desayunar cosas algo diferentes. Excelente calidad de la fruta y los camareros a pesar de la hora punta y no dar a basto, muy agradables y rápidos.La habitación bien, se oye cuando entra y salen los vecinos, tema ducha aunq tengas cuidado el agua se sale de la mampara. Es muy de diseño de luces y las camas cómodas.Y ciertamente no se oye el ruido de los coches ni de la calle.La piscina divertida, pequeña pero para darte un refrescon sirve y tomarte un descanso antes de salir.
