Alejandro & Hieke oftewel dynamic Duo!Hoewel wij een vreemde eend in de bijt waren is alles meer dan goed verlopen. Proactieve communicatie, vlotte opvolging en een uitstekende liaison tussen alle betrokken partijen! Beide staan met raad en daad (bijna) 24uur paraat en de opvolging is zeer goed. Ook de nazorg (erg belangrijk) is goed. Zo vind er follow up plaats om electra, water op naam te krijgen maar ook zaken als verhuurlicentie, testament, boekhoudkantoor, etc om dit geregeld te krijgen. Geen vraag is te gek, er volgt altijd een antwoord!Wij raden Casalunya ook zeker aan indien je een huis in Spanje wil kopen!Hieke en Alejandro, nogmaals dank voor alle moeite, tijd en begeleiding die jullie in ons project hebben gestoken!

After all the horror stories we heard related to buying property in Spain, it was so unexpected to be just walked through all the process so smoothly and fast! Not only did we find a dream house, but we were given a very clear and detailed plan of how to make it all as fast as possible!In addition, Hieke advised us on a service to get NIE and gave advice regarding local and online banks. And we are incredibly(!) happy with extra services like contracts with electricity/gas/water companies, help with requesting an alarm system, etc.Compared to other agencies we visited, they have really nice properties in the listing.
