Edyfar Viajes is a ScamI paid a down payment for a booking.. later after that I wanted to change from Etihad to Emirates since the booking is not yet booked because I haven’t paid the whole ticket yet. They keep on saying that the ticket is already booked but as seen on the photos my booking doesn’t appear on the central system of Etihad. They keep on arguing that a booking cannot. Be retrieved without the booking reference where in fact as a worker of the airline for 3 years any booking around the globe will show on the system and can be retrieved by the name. Maita one of the agents even said I don’t have the right to complain since I only paid a portion of the ticket. The factura/receipt is not yet totally paid, which I said any client has the right to complain whether or not it’s totally paid. Be careful with this agency. They even threatened to cancel my booking and won’t return the deposit if I don’t pay the entire amount before a month of travel. Which in the initial contract it’s not specified.. and even said that they will impose a 10€ penalty per day after the specified date that they said. WHAT A SCAM!

Podría ponerle más estrellas pero deberían al menos poner el horario que tienen realmente y si solo atienden vía online o vía teléfono que también lo especifiquen (es entendible dadas las circunstancias en las que estamos pero cuanta más información mejor). A su favor diría que te responden rápido y a todo lo que preguntas. Yo compré mis billetes aquí de MAD-MNL en 2018 haciendo escala en Estambul y todo correcto, no hubo ninguna complicación y fueron amables en todo momento.

Supongo que la empresa ha cerrado, llevo una semana llamando al teléfono y no atienden.

Agencia segura 100%, precios muy competitivos y son la agencia referencia para viajes a Filipinas.
