La Crisalida Retreats

I have now been to La Crisalida 3 times! And I will be back again without doubt. I go on my own to have a complete break away from life in general. They run a wide range of exercise and life makeover workshops which you do not have to pre-book (but no pressure to go). The juicing and vegan food is tasty and varied. The lovely beach promenade in Albir is just 15 minutes walk away and there are lots of lovely walks in the hills. La Crisalida staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need some space to re-set yourself, go for a week and find out for yourself!

Loved everything about it: amazing location, food, yoga, workshops. Loved yoga with Amanda and Reuben masseuse.One thing would be nice to have washer and dryer for public use.

I had a great time there. Super friendly staff. Yammy food. A lot of Yoga practice (I had no experience in yoga... And I learned a lot in just a few days). My eating habits improved after I left. And we were a very nice group in the retreat, I met amazing ladies there. Ah and the area is amazing, the hill and beach walks have amazing views and atmosphere. I definitely recommend this retreat to anyone.

Fantastic Retreat with the most lovely staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food is all vegan and tasty. The staff clearly put a lot of thought and care into every part of the experience. Well recommended!!!!

I was not even gone yet and I have booked another stay: that says it all. Everything there is lovely: the weather, the outside terrace and pool, the rooms, the staff. The food is vegan but amazing and with a lot of variation, try the juices: they are yummy and so good for you. It's great that you can pick and choose if you want a meal or a juice, and that you can decide on the spot whether you'll join an activity or not. The yoga classes are accessible for everybody, even the absolute beginner, rebounding and dance classes are fun, the walks are lovely, also a great way to get to know the other people. But if you want to keep to yourself, this is also the place to be. You can rest as much as you need, when you need it. Will come back (very!) soon.

I would really recommend this retreat. I am leaving feeling healthy, balanced and happy. The staff is amazing, they are al super nice and attentive. I specially loved yoga with Amanda, she is the sweetest.The food was good and plenty in all meals. There are many activities to do but I also love the flexibility of joining whatever you want with no pressure.
