Renovated most of the home with ERA, couldn't be happier.First of all the organization was excellent. Esther always took care of all the details while making sure to discuss and communicate any key aspect in clear and timely manner. She always went the extra mile to adapt to our schedule and requests.Even more importantly, the design work was outstanding and she was quick in understanding what we wanted, translate it to a coherent design language for the whole house, and provide not only options that checked what we _said_ we wanted but also options that, turns out, checked what we _really_ wanted. The design process was iterative and adaptive, and could always find the way to provide the best option given the constraints of time and budget (even as we would change them during the process).Finally, the end result was perfect and we couldn't be happier. She has all the contacts, providers, and capacity to execute on the design and get high quality results that end up looking exactly as promised, if not better.
