Caramel Trail once again did an awesome job designing and taking care of us on our trip to Barcelona. Every guide and driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and you could tell that they really enjoyed what they do. Samuel and Paloma who run the agency even checked in by text a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going well for us. Top notch service! This is the 3rd trip I booked through Caramel Trail, and have used them previously for a trip to Portugal and Morrocco.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Portugal and Spain and could not have been more thrilled with the quality of service provided by Carameltrail. From the start, Samuel worked with us to develop an itinerary that covered all our desired destinations. Once in Portugal and Spain, we were impressed with the quality and location of hotels and the professionalism of the drivers (always on time, clean and high-quality vehicles). What most impressed us were the guided tours that Carameltrail arranged for us - a Rioja winery tour, Guggenheim Museum tour to Bilbao, Gaudi tour, walking tour of Lisbon and a walking tour of Madrid and the Prado. All of our tour guides were very knowledgeable and each one enhanced our understanding of the region, its rich history and fascinating attractions!From the day we arrived, Samuel and his office regularly communicated with us via text to ensure we were happy with our arrangements. Angela set up a wonderful trip to Spain for us in September 2022. The planning of the trip was painless and Angela listened to our requests and incorporated them into our itinerary. We were all over Spain, and the local guides that Caramel Trail uses were wonderful- both very knowledgeable and accommodating as well as good-humored. Nearly all our transfers went smoothly. The vehicles were very comfortable and the drivers professional. On our last pick-up for our flight home, the driver was not there at the planned time. A text to Angela got a response within a minute or two and the problem (driver had the wrong time) was immediately rectified. The smaller boutique hotels were all in exceptional locations for visiting the areas and for dining.Both Angela and Paloma were always available to us by phone or text and their responsiveness was amazing. We would highly recommend their services for anyone considering a trip to Spain.

What an amazing experience with our trip to Spain and Portugal planned by Samuel and Paloma from Caramel Trail. From the very first email to the very last, it was just perfect! This was our very first time in Spain and Portugal (in Europe in general) and how many great memories we made. Everything was so well planned, every choice was perfect and Samuel and Paloma available to us 24/7. Every single person we interacted with was so nice and kind and so knowledgeable, we learned so much. Note that we were traveling with 3 kids, one of them being 6 years old but everyone was so accommodating and always mindful of them, it made the trip so easy.Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience.

Recently, my wife and I enjoyed our second trip planned with Caramel Trail. In 2019, we had an amazing trip to Spain. More recently (June 2023), we enjoyed a trip to Portugal with my wife's family. Just like our trip in 2019, Caramel Trail went above and beyond to make each and every experience 5-star! Our hotels in Porto and Lisbon were extraordiary and centrally located, which were very important to us. We had an array of tours, gastronomy, and wine tasting experiences and every guide and driver that we had were exceptional. Caramel Trail also made sure to set us up with outstanding restaurant reservations to make sure that we enjoy the delicious, authentic, and local cuisine of these great cities. After using them for two separate and incredible trips, I cannot recommend Caramel Trail enough!!

We can't say enough good things about Caramel Trail travel agency. Manuel and Paloma manage a great business which offers special care for its clients throughout their journey. Our stay in Portugal and Spain consisted of seventeen nights of pure enjoyment.We visited Lisbon, Porto, Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Seville, Triana, Alhambra, Grandada, Nerja, Axarquia, Frigiliana and our last stop was fabulous Malaga. The choice of hotels and restaurants were excellentat at each stop.Everything was well organized as Paloma and Manuel were available 24/7 to take care of whatever we needed.The drivers and guides all did a great job as we were picked up at all locations in a timely manner.
