I was really happy to rent a bike for a few days at S'Escapada Bikes. I got a bike that best suited my needs. Even if I only needed an adaptation, they took it seriously and took care of it. And always in a friendly way! Again, it was the best choice to go there. So I highly recommend the store!

Specialized Campos by S'Escapada
Wonderful bike shop. I rented both a Bianchi road bike and a Specialized gravel bike for two separate days of riding. The bikes were great and the team at the shop was super quick, super friendly and super helpful. Plus they have absolutely lovely gear and bikes. My go-to in the southeast of Mallorca from now on.

Too good or cool to be friendly? Be prepared for attitude...I was inquiring for a trekking bike for one Saturday or several days. While they had a good bike - higher price was okay for higher quality - they were not willing to respond to my needs to either return it late or deliver it during the afternoon siesta so I could use it the way I wanted. If you happen to fall into their rigid rules, you may find something but expect customer orientation nor friendliness. I will for sure never go back there.
