We’ve had the most difficult transaction with Sotheby’s, first they don’t receive emails apparently (who knows, it’s either in their spam or they don’t bother to look), so they keep asking for the same thing over and over again even after you sent it.The worst part is that they turned us both seller and buyer against each other, by keeping information to themselves, not enabling us to have clear and direct communication and adding fuel to the flames when it served them. Wrongful conduct at its finest and there was no apology or explanation whatsoever.One of those agencies that will do whatever it takes to get their commission and the heck with the rest.

Lamentable, la agente Miriam Roca ha estado acosando a mis padres, quienes están vendiendo su propiedad con OTRA inmobiliaria. Aún no sabemos cómo ha conseguido ambos números de teléfono pero ha sido un no parar de llamadas y mensajes porque Miriam Roca se ha empeñado en que quiere enseñar la casa a sus clientes, a pesar de que ni se presentóSumale que ella no lo preguntó, lo exigió, la falta educación y la profesionalidad brillan por su ausencia. Yo vivo en California y Sotheby's tiene buena fama, veo que en España es un cachondeo, como es de esperar, por desgracia.Antes de escribir esta reseña me puse en contacto con la agencia pero no respondieron, parece que no se hacen responsables de sus propios agentes inmobiliarios.
