Bad experience, bad communication and it's all about money, earning as much money as possible. But I don't agree that Gala is a good lawyer, she and the others are soooooo bad in communication, making a lot of mistakes by purpose and the money is their first issue. Incredible arrogant . . . . .

Excellent first impression in terms of responsiveness and info to the point that we felt bound to engage with this family office. Terrible experience after - no contact, no clarity, slow and sloppy (name misspelled in property deed!) and either incompetent or potentially fraudulent. Final contracts and papers were never shared despite repeat requests. No invoice either, also despite repeat requests. We discovered partial property registration at the local land registry, while full fees were collected. No physical office to be found. Neither the lawyer (Gala), nor the office answers the phone. It is 1 year since the property purchase occured and we cannot come to a closure or obtain our original papers from this company.

Nooit gebruik van maken. Gala is geen verkeerde advocaat maar het team om haar heen heeft geen empathisch vermogen en alles draait om geld. Communicatie is buitengewoon stroef als je ze al te spreken krijgt.Do not ever use this company. Gala is a good lawyer, but her team is no good. Everything is about money. Communication is no good.Do not use this firm.

We hebben contact gehad met Samuel voor het opvragen van informatie en de kosten met betrekking tot de ondersteuning bij aankoop van een woning. Prettig contact waarin Samuel de tijd nam om ons ook telefonisch te woord te staan. Uiteindelijk zijn we niet op het aanbod ingegaan omdat we in onze directere omgeving een passende Gestor vonden. Mocht het in de toekomst alsnog nodig zijn dan zouden we zeker contact opnemen met Boom & Navarro.
