The people here have been very kind to me. My passport got stolen on a Fri evening and it was the weekend followed by a Spanish holiday. I didn’t hold much hope when I called the line initially but it was picked up very soon and the officer helped me out. For that, I’m always grateful for what you have done, Mr Azfar

Big thanks to the staff at the Malaysian Embassy in Madrid especially Vicente’s patience, compassion, and kindness in providing expert advice and guidance as well as expeditious help with the procedures and paperwork for my Emergency Certificate (for my lost passport while in Barcelona).Vicente also went above and beyond to help clear some of the paperwork verification process when I was at the Malaysian Department of Immigration at Putrajaya.Without Vicente’s help, the process to get a replacement Malaysian International Passport would have taken months instead of about a week!!

This embassy has quite responsive staff but it's hilarious how they practically banned tourist visa processing of all 58 african country's passports. Pretty sure not all african countries have the same passports nor forging capabilities. It doesn't matter if you live in Spain either. Lol if you don't believe me, call and ask them and they would tell you. I just wish I had it on email so people can see it. Well there are other countries in the world with better laws and less biases I can support their tourism instead, I managed to travel to Cambodia and Singapore and many more to come. Cant wait till I do the Philippines next.
