Netllar have provided an excellent service from start to finish. A first class product with great prices. Being able to communicate with them via WhatsApp and in English, has been a real bonus. Keep up the good work :-)

Barbara and the Netllar engineers solved a really tricky installation problem for me that others had said was impossible. Great service and really nice people.

Netllar was recommended to me from my estate agent, their price is great compared to competitors and Barbara was easy to communicate with on whatapp. There was a technical problem due to an issue at our building and Netllar worked towards solving it nonstop. One of the techs accidentally took my fibre optic cable and Barbara personally hand delivered it to me. In the end I am happy with the service, price and communication. Highly recommended if you need internet in the Javea area.

Netllar in Javea have been brilliant. Good prices, good broadband and excellent customer support. I ordered my broadband on a Thursday afternoon and I had working fibre broadband and a router by Saturday afternoon. All arranged easily via WhatsApp through Barbara.But I often think the true test is when something goes wrong as it did last week. I was away and couldn't access any of my devices. The fault was in Telefonica's network, however, again via WhatsApp, Barbara kept me updated on the repair and remotely re-booted my router to restore my service when Telefonica had fixed the network.I would highly recommend Netllar.

We have just have the internet installed. Up to now, everything went really well and quick. They seem super-efficient. Barbara is really helpful. Would highly recommend it.
