Been with them just 9 months. Internet off twice for hours and once for days. Tv streaming endlessly . Not answering phone bad customer response . DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH AT ALL.

Cuando funciona va muy bien pero si alguna noche hay un problema ya sabes que no hay nada que hacer hasta el día siguiente ya que nadie contesta a los teléfonos de contacto y nadie hace nada hasta el día siguiente.

Suddenly, no Internet, advised me cannot take from GB Euro account, after 2 years having dome this, did not contact us and we would not have known until I emailed them to find out why no internet.I have emailed 3 times, called 3 times, no reply, nobody answers the phone, disgusting service.They say they cannot take from GB Euro account, this breaks EU Law and the reason we changed provider was they assured us there would not be any problems taking direct debit from GB Euro account.

Very poor internet quality.a lot of problem about line stability and poor customers service. I really don't recommend them.

Shocking service. Internet keeps going down and have to phone them up to get service back on. My Internet is currently down and its a weekend and bank holiday this Monday so unlikely we'll get any service to a least Tuesday.

Installation was very good. The internet went down after 2 hours but when we called them we got help after 10 minutes. Great service from the installer.

Llevamos con esta empresa desde el 2016. Si bien es cierto que cada x tiempo falla el internet pero realmente es momentáneo. Todo lo mas ha sido una tarde hace ya unos años.Les doy cinco estrellas porque han estado ahi siempre y la atencion al cliente es muy humana.
