Nagels zijn keurig, snel en goed gedaan. Mijn haar daar in tegen, bar slecht. Ik heb 4 uur gezeten voor uitgroei, highlights en knippen. Het resultaat is om te huilen. Kleur van highlights is na 1x wassen al verdwenen. Er zit geen model in mijn haar. Had ik dat dan niet gezien. Nee, na 4 uur was ik moe en had veel pijn, wat ik ook aangegeven heb, maar daar werd niets mee gedaan. Ik ben huilend naar huis gegaan. Advies, luister naar de klant en kijk wat de klant wil. Ik had een voorbeeld foto bij me en heb die laten zien. Mijn haar ziet er zo raar uit dat teruggaan geen verbetering zal geven. Dit was eens maar nooit weer.

Just back from having my hair coloured and I’m very happy with the result. Louisa took a lot of care with my hair and was very calm, confident and friendly. It was a very pleasant, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with conversation and coffee! Will be coming back on my next visit to Bolnuevo. Thank you!Lisa Waters

Super happy with my haircut and hair color. Louise, Sonia, Karen and Nick are wonderful. Nick even offered me a coffee. I asked for a trim and some shape and Louise did a fantastic job.

A huge thank you to Karen and Sonia for giving me such a brilliant pamper day. Sonia, I cannot believe that you, yet again, did an amazing cut. Eating in mind you’ve only dealt with my hair once before, I was for the second time so impressed. Karen, my pampering, which I don’t do often, left me feeling like a million dollars. A huge thank you for that.Finally Nick. Thank you so much for your patience. Not a flicker of irritation when I had to change my appointments at the last minute.All in all a lovely day. Thank you all.
