I wish I had read the reviews for this property before booking. I too booked a fully refundable apartment but despite cancelling the next day the owner refused to refund my money. As I had made the reservation via a booking company I was able to get their support. They also contacted the owner who still refused to refund my money. Fortunately the booking company agreed my booking was advertised as fully refundable and eventually they refunded me in full.

CAUTION!!!The owner of the hotel is a FRAUD!!!Never pay in advance for your stay because it's a waste of money. We ordered and paid for the stay with the possibility of cancellation. However, when our flight was canceled and we were forced to cancel the accommodation, Miguel the hotel owner, ignored us and did not respond neighter to our calls or emails!!!We are thinking about reporting the case to the police.

Super günstig, sehr gut gelegen mit privatem Parkplatz. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.Sehr sauber aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte ein wenig ausgebaut werden. Eine Sanierung würde dem Apartment auch ganz gut tun, besonders Bad und Küche.Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden und konnten hier für kleines Geld entspannte 2 Wochen verbringen. In der Hauptsaison stelle ich es mir hier allerdings sehr, sehr laut vor. In der Nebensaison war es sehr ruhig.Miguel ist sehr freundlich und durchgehend erreichbar, er hat sich im Vorfeld um alles gekümmert und ist schnell vor Ort wenn man Hilfe mit etwas braucht.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Very good location right next to the beach and very affordable with parking. Nice spacious apartment with a great first line ocean view and a large balcony. It has very fast internet. The beds were quite stiff and the bedrooms lacked air conditioning. The shower didn’t output enough hot water. Limited kitchenware. Due to the location quite noisy. Cleaning service is included but she only vacuumed the floors, nothing else, not very useful. The apartment uses gas for cooking and even gas for heating of the shower.It might be useful to know that it’s not a hotel, but several privately owned apartments in two different buildings next to each other. Only one of the buildings had nice ocean views. They were managed by a guy called Miguel. He was quite helpful and did his best to offer good service. Our apartment had a tourist rental license approved for 4 people only, but we were 5. The law states one bathroom for every 4 people and we had one bathroom only. So the rental was actually against the regulation. It did not have the mandatory smoke alarms and fire extinguisher. The property license number has to be published in all rental marketing and given to the client at the start of the stay, but no information was given prior to the rental.Our family stayed for 1 week, everyone was very happy mainly due to its location and the nice view. Would definitely recommend for max 4 people.

Wir haben hier 10 Wochen über den Winter unser Quartier gehabt.Das Appartement war sehr großzügig angelegt.Der Ausblick auf das Wasser ist fenomenal, Orts nah.Wir hatten nur leider etwas Pech, da viele Handwerker im Haus waren. Das ist aber jetzt vorbei.

Sehr sauber, ordentlich, in der 17. Etage, toller Ausblick, rechts seitlich Meerblick. Das Rollo ist das einzige Manko, schwer zu bedienen. Das Apartment hat alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Estancia 12 días en invierno ,relación calidad-precio 10. El propietario es un profesional hotelero, especialmente al servicio del cliente, higiene apartamento impecable, le recomendaría a todos mis amigos y clientes de mi empresa , les deseo mucha suerte con esta crisis. En resumen un 10/10

Genial. Estuvimos en Agosto. Buena comunicación desde el primer momento de la reserva. Resolvió todas nuestras dudas muy amablemente. El día de la llegada hubo un pequeño contratiempo con uno de los apartamentos y Miguel supo estar a la altura de la situación asumiendo el error y compensando por ello. Sin lugar a duda volveremos y recomendaremos. Gracias por todo.

Booked Deluxe 2 bed apartment on Expedia at very good rate and after an initial hiccup with payment had excellent communication with the manager Miguel.However on arrival we were initially shown to an apartment which looked a lower standard and didn't have the sea view as booked/expected.Miguel then offered us another apartment which was so much better - in an adjacent building (Playa Verde) on the 7th floor.This was perfect with a large balcony with views directly to the seafront, well decorated and maintained with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was small and could have done with a few more dishes/utensils but was adequate. There was only air-con in the lounge (not the bedrooms) but this was fine for October. There was very good WI-FI available.We saw some amazing sunrises and it was only 20 yards across the road to the beach. Would highly recommend but it seems the apartments are all different (and not necessarily the same as the pictures) so make sure you understand what you are getting!!

Surtout ne pas réserver, responsable incorrecte, j'ai fait une réservation avec annulation gratuite que j'ai annulé 3 jours après et 9 mois avant la date d'arrivée, à ce jour 6 semaines après aucun remboursement, des voleurs!
