One session and my hip and back are feeling a million times better. Quite amazing actually. I now have an understanding of what went awry and how to deal with it with simple exercises. Sid was my final throw of the dice after having back issues" for 2-3 years and seeing many specialists. Sid diagnosed my issue as a hip problem and after just one session there was a massive improvent. I went from not being able to walk for more than 10-15 mins to spending a full on weekend in Nerja walking everywhere and virtually pain free. Thanks Sid
