Absolutely pathetic service. Whole staff members are so so so rude. You have to wait for longer even though you have an appointment. If they do not have anyone there still they are not attending you without an appointment. They can’t bearer even one person to help another one. So so so rude and they do not have any manners that how to talk even.

Absolutely pathetic level of service!No one working at the center is aware of what to do, the call centers have no clue what to do and I believe the operations are being organised by a bunch of elementary school children.After booking an appointment and confirming with their representative, I arrive to my appointment only to be told to return in one month. After which I was asked to queue in the burning sun for 3hours.Pathetic and disgusting the way they treat their customers. Fix your system.

No photos, for obvious reasons. Really helpful staff here. I had a small problem with my form and rather than sending me away they took me through it again and got the visa processed. Really good service.

Woah!!! Very kind!!!! Extremely Patient!!!Surprisingly very kind service. Loved the experience 100%. I see other reviews saying delays, I guess they are understaffed. But once I got attended, I was truly amazed by their kindness. I made many mistakes in the form but they gave me time to correct and guided me right. They were very patient with me, until the very end even though they were extremely busy. I hope they keep up the good work.Thanks a lot for all the help and care.

Honestly it couldn’t be worse. This business is just terrible. They charge you a fortune overall, almost 30 euros for postage and they don’t give any tracking.
