Great Hotel. Nice well maintained grounds and pool. Good quality branded beers and spirits on the all-inclusive option and some nice touches with the free ice-cream/ lollies etc. Good food with great salad and cold cheese/meat selections- hot buffet food maybe a bit under par. Best bit is the people- serving staff always attentive- cleaners quiet as church mice etc. Thanks for the nice holiday.

Room/Facility:The first impression, after leaving the lobby to our room, was a 'pond' which is pretty representative for our stay, meaning that the water may have looked good at some point, but those times are long gone. Upon entering our room, our initial impression, unfortunately, was confirmed, as it seemed that the room hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests. We understand that we arrived early, and the reception desk mentioned that they needed more time to prepare the room. However, it was evident that the cleanliness standards were not met. The condition of the shower was subpar, and we felt the need to wear sandals while using it. Even after we requested a thorough cleaning of the shower, we didn't notice much of an improvement. Also the 'ventilation' in the bathroom simply was a hole in the wall, which obviously didn't do the job it was intended for. Furthermore, the room isn't adequately soundproofed. It has a second hole in the wall for air conditioning electrics, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway very clearly. Additionally, there was simply a locked door between our room and a neighboring one, which made everything our neighbors did in their room very audible.Private-Pool:Even though the pool is cleaned daily on the surface, it seems that a more thorough cleaning with a pool vacuum is necessary, especially given the daily accumulation of pine needles and insects on the bottom of the pool. Additionally, we had sand spread across the pool bottom from what felt like the entire last season.Food:The culinary experience left much room for improvement, with a predominant presence of overpriced fast-food options. The buffet quality was, at best, mediocre.Service:A positive aspect of our stay was the service provided by the staff. They were mostly motivated and very friendly, which enhanced our experience. Also, when you book a car, they bring it to the hotel, which is pretty nice.Side Note:We received multiple emails from the first day of our arrival, asking to leave a review. This is a very annoying practice and exactly the reason why I only use my spam email address to book travels.Summary:Given the price of 2200€ for 8 nights, we had much higher expectations for the overall service and facility quality. Based on previous responses from the owner, the complex was renovated in 2021. If that is the case, the job wasn't done properly. In our opinion, the whole complex is still in need of renovation. However, the issues with cleanliness and noise levels were particularly disappointing. It might be worth addressing these concerns to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests. As for us, we have decided not to return.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We had our three children with us (aged 1, 4 and 5) and they had a fantastic time. The kids club was great, and there was always something different on. The hotel puts on a lot of activities every day for children such as horse riding, foam parties, treasure hunts, face painting, balloon making....children will never be bored! I'm a vegetarian and the food every night was delicious. I wondered if the pools might be too cold re previous reviews but we went in July and it was perfect so must be a time of year thing. Our room had a private hot tub and was a huge room, cleaned daily and was great to have the private veranda in the evenings. All of the staff were fantastic too. Really recommend this hotel if you have young children.

La verdad, que estoy muy descontenta.El hotel, no vale lo que pagas.La entrada fue tardía, la habitación con piscina “privada”, tenía un pino enorme enfrente, que parecía de noche en la terraza cuando era de día. La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, y eso que entramos tarde por que la estaban limpiando.Llamamos para decir que nos cambiarán de habitación, ya que habíamos pagado más por tener piscina privada, y no la podíamos disfrutar. Recibimos respuesta a las 2 horas, nos dieron en el bloque 3, y la habitación apestaba a tubería. La piscina y toda la terraza llena de hojas de pino, es normal que caigan, pero si está “limpia” la habitación, tendrían que haberlas quitado.La comida del buffet era bastante simple, no tenían casi sabor. Justamente la leche que probé estaba mala o cortada, ya que la tuve que escupir. Las quelitas y los palitos de galleta estaban blandisimos y pasados.A las 22 fuimos al show, pero ya habían apagado las luces de la terraza, cosa que no invitaba a quedarse.La verdad, que me siento bastante estafada, soy de Mallorca, entiendo que los hoteles están caros, pero reserve algo para tener intimidad, y la piscina privada estaban o al lado del pasillo donde pasa toda la gente o enfrente de la piscina de los niños.Lo único positivo, la amabilidad de los camareros y recepción.Envíe esta misma reseña al hotel, y no se dignaron ni a contestar

What a great holiday! Zafiro has really impressed us for a fun family holiday! I'd definitely recommend going all inclusive here. The hotel has swim up pools and roof tops, I wanted to upgrade but I'm glad I didn't as they are shaded most of the day. Handy if you don't want to be around the pool, although it wasn't ever too busy when we went in July. Pool doesn't open until 10am which is nice not having to rush as no-one gets beds until around this time, but always some available. The staff are really fantastic, from various staff, to waiters and the entertainment staff! The only thing that let's it down is the night time entertainment, its more for children which again, my two found okay! And the Aircon isn't great! Overall I'd give it a 4* and would reccomend and even return for a bargain! (We like to try new places!)

No enforcement of the 18+ Oasis pool.no lifeguard present on this side. They look at the other 2 pools.Kids get told off but then comestraight back in when the lifeguard leaves when it’s escalated.Also beds get taken up by children, no enforcement for them to leave area.In general, told hotel holds enough sun beds for every guest; however they will not enforce if people decide to take an extra bed to out their bags on etc.Staff are very polite but we were told other guests needs were more important than ours.Just because we aren’t a family our needs our notas important. Would not advise for a couple without children

We have just returned from an 8 day stay here with my 5 year old son.Everything was impeccably clean. Staff were very attentive. It’s set back nicely from all the hustle and bustle yet just a short walk away from all eateries and the beach.Decided to stay self catering as it worked out easier for our holiday (we like to go out and explore) and it also worked out cheaper for us to cost wise.The rooms are a great size with a good sized balcony. Pool was spotlessly clean. And the evening entertainment although cheesy was enjoyable.I see people have complained about the pool being to cold. We found it the perfect temperature for hours of fun. Could possibly be the time of year (was averaging 30c during our stay)Plenty of sun loungers available and to my surprise nobody has reserved any and stupid o’clock.Would recommend and stay again.

Hotel ideal para familias.Servicio excelente, piscinas grandes y limpias, restauración variada y personal muy atento.Destacar la profesionalidad y buena actitud de todo el personal: camareros, recepcionistas, terapeuta del spa... siempre con unas sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte.Habitación espaciosa, tranquila y muy limpia.Se nota la calidad que el hotel quiere ofrecer al huésped.

A very pleasant resort, well located a few hundred meters from Can Picafort.The gardens invite relaxation and are very well maintained. The buildings are very clean and in perfect condition.The one bed room with private pool is very nice and well equipped, the bedding is of good quality, the furniture and the sofa are design and the colors very cozy. We loved the outside with its large sunbathing area and the private swimming pool well secured in case of young children. We regret that the pools are not heated in the month of May, the days are not yet hot enough to maintain a pleasant water temperature.The staff is very attentive to the expectations of their guests, the children are perfectly considered and the staff does everything possible to entertain and occupy the holidaymakers, from the youngest to the oldest.The food is rather good and varied with themed evenings. The à la carte restaurant offers excellent grillsThe cocktails are excellent, especially in the evening before a quality showA very good hotel that would be perfect if the pools were heatedA small drawback on the indoor pool that too often becomes, at least when the weather is not nice, a playground for young children who scream, play ball and make water pistol battles while the corner invites rather to relaxation and well-being. Maybe we should leave a member of the staff there to remind the younger ones and their parents that the spa area should stay calm?
