Shutters in Spain

Recently had plantation shutters fitted.Absolutely brilliant job thoroughly recommend

We spent circa €25k on our terrace shutters. We have cared for them and left them closed mostly to avoid wear and tear of them moving on the track. I will admit that the installation was more bespoke and challenging than standard windows but the company came up with a viable solutiom or so we thought. Unfortunately the company will not fix the springs on the hinges as they are saying it is stuck inside due to mistreatment of the shutters and therefore not covered by their garuantee. We have had the same problem since installation yet we are always blamed for the failure of the springs. They take forever to come out to fix issues and charge circa 500 euros every time to make repairs we feel is due to their installation. There is obviously a fault with the hardware if it keeps happening to different panels. Really not impressed with post installation care or customer service.
