Shocking service, I booked a Villa with this company after booking my flights to then be told the Villa is no longer available. This was after I got in touch with a question. I do wonder when they would have told me, as I’m landing in Alicante probably. They have since done nothing to rectify the issue. Shocking stay clear!!!!!

We rent a flat 1 year ago and they took our whole deposit for damage that we didn't do and we were able to prove.It is a long story but I want to write this review for everyone to be aware that even if they have good reviews, make sure you do an inventory when you check in and report previous damages, because they are money hunters.We rent a house for workers and I am writing on behalf of Construcciones Alimara.Best of luck.

Having been with Marcus and the team for a number of years, i'm pleased to say the quality of service is still as good today as it was on day one!! He's clients are allways of a good standard with no problems.I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals.

I changed the name to Alig about 3 years ago, since this is the name of my second husband.Anyway, we are from Switzerland and rented the apartment casa Satsun from Nov. 2022 until May 2023. The first days we spend with cleaning, changing bulbs which did not work, washed the shower curtain, which probably was never washed from the owner all this years. We had a broken water cooker and not enough pans and bowls to cook. The agency bought pans, a couple of bowls and new water cooker. Normally if you rent an apartment it should have a ground stock of spaces, sugar, oil, vinegar, so you don‘t have to go out and buy the first day all that. We wanted to leave some of our spices, flower, sugar and so forth, but we got instructed from a lady at Murcia holiday rentals to pack it all in a bag so the cleaning person can take it. The stove was so sticky from oil that we weren’t able to get it clean. The radiators did not work properly and in the bathroom the water did not rin down. A plumber had to come and told us that it was blocked with hairs. Also the toilette was loose and had to be fixed. The shower head was also replaced by the agency.The absolut „best“ was that we did not even have any duvets, only the covers for them. Luckily we brought our own duvets from Switzerland along.We were not able to sleep with open windows, since the RM19 is very close to this apartment and the cars and trucks drive almost the whole night through. Not what you expect from living on a golf place.We did not have any sun on the balcony the whole winter months until March 31st. This apartment is not recommended for the winter time.The temperature in the apartment was never over 20 degree. This is too cold to sit around. We had to drive everyday to the beaches to get some sun.This apartment is far away from a luxury apartment, the owner did not spend any money in renovation of the apartment so the price is too high for what you get.The whole golf place has coming in its years and after talking to other people there, no effort is done to keep it in shape. The lakes are horrible dirty, especially the one by the Restaurants. Lot of bottles, cans, papers and so forth in the lake and nobody cleans it.The staff who works for Murcia holiday rentals (house keeper, plumber, electrician, etc.) are very nice and helpful. Marcus is also o.k. He tries to do the best to help you.Maybe we just got a bad apartment and the others are in a better shape?

We purchased a holiday home this year, Murcia Holiday Rentals have supported us throughout. We went live with them at the beginning of July and within 2 days we had our first bookings. We can't thank you enough for making the whole experience completely stress free.

We are in business with Marcus and his team from the very beginning which is around 2019.
