Centro Veterinario Fénix

I love these vets (and groomer)... I could not recommend them more. If you are in the area and looking for a competent, caring communicative, and friendly vet, give them a call!I have struggled to find a vet here that I like. We have been to several but found Fénix last year. Finally I have gotten to stop looking!They have multiple people who speak perfect English, including the specific to animal treatment vocabulary. They have even helped me re-translate some communication about health issues with the foster organizations back into Spanish...Since we found them, we have taken our dogs, our cat, and a couple litters of foster cats there for medical care (over the time a total of 9 different cats).They clearly care about the animals and want to do what's best for the animal. They have equipment and tools that I have not seen at many vets here. They have often presented different options for treatment and explained honestly why each was both good and bad. All in all, they seem to really keep up on new treatments while holding on to the old ones that work.They have always been very responsive when I attempt to contact them as well. I even got a message the same day when I contacted them on Facebook with a question about one of the cat's wounds because they were closed... They asked me questions, helped me determine that it did not require an emergency visit, talked me through what I could do, set up an appointment for the next day they would be open, and told me at what point I would need to call for emergency services...We also take our dogs there for grooming and they always do a good job. Best of all they are the first groomer that my dogs actually get excited to see...Our dogs and current foster cats all support this review...

Grandes profesionales. Siempre nos han atendido de una forma excepcionalmente buena. Llevo años con ellos, y todo ha ido perfecto. Dieron con la enfermedad que tenía mi perrita, un diagnóstico y tratamiento certero, y un trato magnífico. Lo recomiendo.

No puedo estar más contenta con este centro como tratan a mis mascotas y su accesibilidad para cualquier duda es increíble, tengo dos gatos y Eva es realmente increíble con ellos y además una gran experta y profesional.

No creo que haya otra clínica veterinaria mejor que esta. Son muchos años ya con ellos y estoy convencida de que mis gatetes no pueden estar en mejores manos. El trato es fantástico y la profesionalidad inmejorable. He estado en otras clínicas por lo que sé sin duda que no hoy otra mejor :)

100% recomendables. Tuve una emergencia con mi perra y, por motivos laborales, me pilló en Benalmádena. Llamé para que me echaran una mano y la atención y el trato fueron UN LUJO. Calidad humana y amabilidad. Muchísimas gracias por todo; Mora está mejor y os lo agradecemos !!!
