Recoges el coche en el mismo aeropuerto. Trabajadores muy amables. Nos dieron un coche muy nuevo. Servicio excelente a buen precio en ibiza. Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias :)

The scooter we got was really new and in excellent condition. The staff was super friendly and could accommodate all our requests.

Avoid this awful company. All OK until the car was returned and I was charged 100 Euros to have it cleaned because “there was sand in it”. Of course there was sand in it, it was a family beach holiday. They have refused to refund or communicate with me. Appalling customer service.

Renting from Moto Luis this summer has been fantastic. Driving their comfy, reliable Opel Corsa was pure joy. Their team's always ready with a friendly smile and good explanations about the terms and conditions, making it my top choice in San Antonio. The best part is that there are absolutely no hidden costs! Love their transparent approach.Can't recommend them enough if you're looking for a trustworthy car rental service. Give them a try and experience it yourself!

This was the first time we had used Moto Luis in Ibiza for our car rental and we weren't disappointed. Staff are helpful and friendly and the car was immaculate when we collected it. They were very helpful on return to airport also as the runway had been closed and lots of flights had been cancelled/delayed. When we arrived at the parking spot we were immediately approached by a staff member to offer us the opportunity to extend the car hire if our flight had been cancelled. We were lucky, ours wasn't cancelled, but thought this was a proactive thing for them to offer and we appreciated that. Would definitely recommend Moto Luis and will use them again when we next visit the island. :)

In October 2023 I had an excellent experience of hiring a car for a week in Ibiza from Moto Luis. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful, and answered my emails (in English) when I sent questions and requests, both before and after booking. I'm glad I paid extra for their all-in-one insurance"

Alquilé un Renault ZOE eléctrico y la experiencia fue estupenda. La batería duró mucho porque este modelo consume muy poco si se conduce adecuadamente. Cuando iba a comprar al LIDL aprovechaba para cargarlo un poco, aunque fue en el punto MELIB del puerto donde lo recargué por completo antes de la devolución del coche. Respecto al trato del personal, un 10, como siempre.

Highly recommended! From booking and pickup to drop-off, the service was excellent! Airport Car collection and drop off was very easy, just a 3min walk from terminal. The team also were super helpful when we had a flat tyre on our first day, they immediately responded to our call, had someone meet with us within 10mins and arranged for a replacement car! I will use again on my next trip to Ibiza!

The best car rental company I've ever used anywhere in the world. Reasonable prices. Simple insurance. Got the exact car I booked. But perhaps the best was the service and flexibility they showed. We had multiple drivers on separate delayed flights. The MotoLuis staff at the airport couldn't have been more helpful in getting us the car so we could be on our way. 100% recommend. Wouldn't use any other company on the island.

Very easy service, after booking I received an email with easy instructions on how to find the meeting point. Once arrived a member of the team was waiting for us (I did not even have to give my name, that he told me), gave us the key, checked quickly documents, and let us sign. We found the car to be booked for, in perfect condition, with full fuel, and had to return it full. Easy and stress-free return. I would definitely book with them if I return to Ibiza.
