please do not use , very unprofessional and have shrunk very expensive kaftans after asking themfor delicate wash , no insurance or nothing , avoid !!!!

Very good service works like clockwork, I have a rental apartment and you pay as you drop off your items and you have a set day for collection. Very happy with the service , excellent to have systems where you can set your clock on the collection.

We've been going to Carmen's for years however recently I gave them two very delicate oversized items to dry clean ( with labels) that came back to me shrunk and hardened. I spoke to Carmen and she told me she followed the instructions and there was nothing she could do. Clearly the instructions were not followed and really disappointed to be told there was nothing she could do" - these were brand NEW
