Lau es la mejor profesora de yoga que he tenido. Su atención al detalle, su conocimiento de la anatomía y la aproximación holística que hace del yoga como filosofía, motivan un crecimiento y una consistencia en la práctica de sus alumnos. Para mi es excelente

Yoga con Lau
Had en sunset class outside in Selva with Lau. Amazing experience, the location is beautiful, Lau is super creatieve en enthusiastic, her guidance and tips were super helpful, and the whole class was very playfull and fun. She has her own style which is clearly very thoughtful and precise put together. When you get a chance to get a class with her, certainly go for it!

Las clases con Lau son siempre divertidas y retadoras. Ella es una gran profesora que sabe transmitir sus conocimientos y adaptarlos a todos los niveles, además es capaz de saber hasta donde puedes llegar y guiarte para que profundices en tu práctica.Si tomas una clase con ella no te arrepentirás y seguro que te enganchas!

Yoga con Lau
Lau is wonderful, thoughtful and encouraging teacher. We took a class with her in Selva, as well as her Inversion and flexibility session at Earth Yoga in Palma - both classes were well sequenced, conscious about the alignment and beautifully nourishing for the soul. Totally recommend Lau’s yoga classes!
