I followed a few yoga classes given by Justina and I definitely recommend you to go. I am a beginner myself and she shows alternatives where required and always encourages everyone that each variation is great. She provides a positive and relaxed vibe throughout the class. I even got to do my first head stand!

Recibí un masaje Thai de Justine. La experiencia fue muy relajante del principio hasta el final. Justo este día me encontraba con algunos problemas de salud, ella aseguró de preguntarme en detalle sobre ello para adaptar la sesión en la mejor manera posible. El espacio es precioso, la luz, la música, el ambiente. Ella es muy atenta, guiándome con la respiración y al mismo tiempo dejándome el silencio que necesitaba. Muchas gracias

We had the privilege of being a small class and practice in the centre of the Greek theatre. Justine was patient with everyone and offered modifications for those of us who are more advanced.Definitely going again!

Me gusto mucho la experiencia Yoga con Justina por que es bastante activo físicamente pero a la vez se puede disfrutar aún siendo principiante como yo. Da variantes de posturas para que los principiantes podamos seguir el ritmo de la clase.Seguro repetiré las clases con Justina.
