Quilòmetre Zero

I rented a Colnago C68 from Kilometro Cero during our nearly 3 week stay on Mallorca. This review isn't about the bike, the bike is as amazing as I've heard. Riding this bike over the nearly 950 Kms and 16,000 m during our trip, I can honestly say it's probably the best bike I've ever ridden! Strong words having a fully loaded Specialized SL7 Tarmac sitting in my garage!With all that that being said, this review is about Kilometro Cero and the owner, Boris. This was our 3rd trip to Mallorca and the experience of renting from him was far better than I expected. We hit it off immediately, and while he was first setting up the bike he talked like it was more like a friend setting me up and making sure everything was going to be perfect for our stay. After a quick spin around the market outside his shop I could tell this bike was going to be a rocket. With all the riding we did I never changed a thing; the seat height, saddle setback, lever reach, all of it was set up just like my bike in the states! Throughout our entire stay he checked in every couple of days or so on WhatsApp to make sure the bike was performing as I wanted. I can't recommend Boris and Kilometro Cero enough, I will most certainly rent from his shop again.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before choosing this shop. But honestly I chose it bc it’s the same name as my bike shop back home. The French guy that works there is quite nice and helpful and showed some enthusiasm when I asked about routes. The next day when we picked up the bikes the other guy was basically just doing a job and had little to nothing to say and was not what I expect in a bike shop when renting bikes. His demeanor was no different when we returned the bikes. I hate leaving negative reviews for small businesses but this was my honest experience. If you get the French guy it will be good. The other guy- not so much. EDITED TO REPLY TO OWNER: I upgraded from 2 star to 3 star for the owner's willingness to reply and ask for clarity. But to Boris, to explain more clearly - read many of the other reviews. It's clear that there is an issue with the level of customer service in regards to some of your employees. Some go above and beyond and have pleasant personalities. Others do not and, as you said, simply did their job. Your business is not just service based and providing a bike. At least not if you want to be the best on the island and get good reviews. I'm a photographer. If I just show up and take good pics and do not engage with my clients and provide a pleasant personality, then I will get bad reviews. When I rent a bike in a foreign place, I want the bike rental co. to engage with me and be excited when I pick up the bike. Ask what type of riding I like to do and happily suggest routes that I would enjoy. Only half of your team does that, which means the other half is hurting your business. You're the owner. You decide how you want your business to be perceived. Good luck.

Location de vélo de route haut de gamme Pinarello a des prix attractifs.Très bon conseil d'itinéraire en Français. Je recommande.

Hired a couple of ebikes to complete a 60km loop. Customer service was good. Unforrunately one of our bike batteries kept cutting out, however, they replaced it quickly in the second shop at Soller.Also the second bike seat kept falling down and wouldn't hold making the ride uncomfortable, and when going over speed bumps the bike bag would get stuck in the spokes.Just a couple of minor issues that affected the review, but the over all service was good and we enjoyed our ride.Batteries on ebike also wouldn't have lasted any longer than the 60km, so we were lucky it was a downhill finish!

Abbiamo noleggiato 2 bici: 1 da corsa e 1 gravel. Boris gentilissimo ci ha spiegato tutto, itinerari, chilometri,assistenza ecc... abbiamo così fatto 2 bellissimi giri e al rientro lo abbiamo contattato per restituire le bici fuori orario. In 5 minuti è arrivato . Servizio impeccabile. Consigliatissimo

I rented a bike from kilometer zero. The bike was perfect. Boris, the owner set me up with a helmet and accessories and made sure the fit was good. He suggested good local restaurants as well as riding suggestions. Overall the service could not have been better. If riding in the soller area make sure to stop by this shop for all of your needs.

Nos hemos alejado en hotel en Puerto de Soller con mi pareja y estábamos buscando alguna excursión en bici para poder disfrutar del paisaje. Después de ver las reseñas en Google nos decantamos por kilómetro 0 y fue todo un acierto! Michal en todo el momento fue muy profesional desde que nos alquiló las bicis hasta el último detalle de mostrarnos las mejores rutas por la Tramuntana. 100% recomendable!

Hired a bike for a full week from Boris at Kilometro Cero on the recommendation of a friend - fantastic and easy experience.Firstly was very flexible when my flights were cancelled a couple of months out and I had to change my dates, no hassle.The bike was in amazing condition (Colnago C68) and set up perfectly to the measurements I gave from my bike back home.Will definitely recommend and definitely do the same again next year. Thank you!
