Edit: Asked for a suspension service via Instagram, with no response. It‘s only possible to contact them via email and phone and they are not constantly in Andorra for service. Bought an Öhlins shock from them and happy with the consultation, setup and result.

My trip to Andorra was rescued by this shop and the expertise of Anauê. I changed the airspring myself before making the trip and screwed a few things up. He got my fork working and riding again within 30 minutes. He also helped alot with the dials and pressure since I dont ride alot of bike park. I was skeptical the first day and changed the settings but by the time I left everything was set pretty much as he directed. Thanks so much for saving my few days off as a caretaker, escaping some really hard times. I had a great trip thanks to Anauê and AND-SHOCK!
