I visited here with my dog Sydney who had ear problems. The staff were amazing, so kind to Sydney but firm.I had to return 5hrs later as I thought Syd had been poisoned (not deliberately). Once again great.Compared to UK prices very reasonable as well.Will definitely use again,if needed, without hesitation.

The vet has always been amazing for both my elderly dogs one of whom is afraid of vets due to past trauma. He loves it here. They did some great work on my little girl who has some health problems that make anesthesia a risk but they were so good and she was fine while she has 7 teeth removed. She is such a happy dog again. They are clean friendly and welcoming and couldn't recommend them enough.

Triste recuerdo. La inminente fiesta de la Asunción de la Virgen marca las indelebles imágenes del que fue mi querido perro DON, un excelente groenendael. Le llevé a esta clínica por última vez un viernes 12 de agosto de 2022. Diagnóstico: golpe de calor. La aplicación de la fluidoterapia no surtió efecto. El día siguiente (inicio del puente de la Asunción), DON permaneció en la clínica para seguir con el tratamiento en función del citado diagnóstico y para un control de base mediante analíticas. Al rencuentro, después de tres días, DON no me reconoció hasta llamarle por nombre, levantó la cabeza unos segundos y me dirigió una mirada de reojo. Su semblante revelaba un claro sentimiento de abandono y su penoso aspecto físico agravaba ese sentimiento. Las imágenes grabadas en ese mismo día hablan por sí solas. ¿Qué había pasado? DON había permanecido en esta clínica arrinconado en el suelo durante tres días, cogido a una correa muy corta con un collar de talla muy pequeña, sin posibilidad de movimiento, y bajo sedación continua. Imperdonable! Nunca supe cuales fármacos se le han administrado conjuntamente con la sedación tras la brusca retirada de los administrados previamente de forma prolongada. Todos sabemos que la medicina no es una matemática" (frase frecuentemente usada como escudo). No voy a extenderme en este aspecto aunque tengo sospecha fundada que podría explicar el precipitar de las disfunciones orgánicas en cadena que se produjeron a tan corto plazo. Sí

Nos atendió Isabel. Un encanto y altamente recomendable. Chulo y Harpo felices. Volveremos seguro. Es una veterinaria que llega hasta el fondo del asunto, informa, da opciones y se preocupa por los animales.

Si tienen un problema con su mascota porfavor no duden en pasar primero por ellos se ahorrarán dolores de cabeza , ellos saben lo que hacen y cuentan con experiencia,amabilidad , te explican al detalle de forma honesta y sencilla , lugar con fácil aparcamiento, vale la pena hacer el viaje hasta allí , muchas gracias por todo vuestro trabajo, estoy muy agradecida y satisfecha.

I’m so glad we chose this vets for our little puppy. All of the staff are extremely friendly and their love of animals really shines through. They are so professional, helpful and patient, and really take the time to connect with your furry friend. Thank you for taking care of our newest family member and making sure he is up to date with all vaccinations. We would highly recommend Aliaga to anyone.

Saw me at very short notice and treat my dog with a combination of injections and tablets.He's fine now.Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I don’t recommend anyone go to this awful hotel. I reserved the hotel for 2 dogs and one cat, but when I arrived no one was there, including in the clinic. I called them, the man answered and asked if I speak English, which I don’t, I told him so and he just hung up on me. None of the other phone numbers worked. I had to go back home and leave the dogs to a friend, which led me to be late to the airport and had to buy new tickets. My birthday was ruined. Awful experience.

They ALWAYS make me wait a long time. Today, I even had to wait 20 minutes and there was no one. When I commented, I went in to see them straight away and there were no customers at all.. not sure why they had me just sat there. The receptionist is never friendly. No reason to put up with this. Changing vets.
