I purchased a boat from them. The result I got from the company was nothing as I expected. The service they provide to their clients is horrible. They do not fufill their duties, such as cleaning the boat, changing the oil and many others. They do not fufill their guaranteed taks. Furthermore, the customer service is unreliable and lazy. They are unreachable by phone and when they pick up, provide no help whatsoever. I personally met with the manager of the company, and he provided me with no help at all, just wasted my time. If you are not Spanish, they will ignore you even when you are a client. I do not reccomend this company to others.

DISATROUS SERVICE, ZERO CUSTOMER ORIENTATION !I bought a new boat from Motonautica two years ago for E 120,000 and have had every service done by Motonautica ever since.Last week, water got into the boat through a loose, incorrectly installed cable connection. The dockers quickly pulled the boat out of the water and laid it on the dry deck. The insurance company, which was informed immediately, placed great value on immediate damage-reducing measures such as draining the interior and preserving the engine. I called Motonautica and explained the emergency. I was informed that they currently have too much work and not enough staff, so in this case they could not give me the necessary service at the moment. I was stunned. I had to look for another service provider who could provide the measures required by the insurance company in a timely manner in this emergency. Motonautica hasn't gotten back to this day. All those involved who have been informed by me about this, port management, experts from the insurance company and other service providers, consider such an approach to be absolutely dubious. Motonautica is apparently not entirely unknown for this. Now I know that too. But it would have been better if I had known this BEFORE I made the decision to buy the boat from this company. I can only warn all prospective buyers against having to make similar experiences as I have had.

Ich habe dort ein Boot gekauft. Während dem Verkaufen ist die Firma sehr bemüht den Verkauf abzuschließen.Beim Service und Aftersale zeigt die Firma dann Ihr wahres Gesicht. Die in Auftrag gegebenen Arbeiten für Antifouling werden mangelhaft ausgeführt. Die Farbe wurde nur bis unterhalb der Wasserlinie aufgetragen und nicht bis 3-5 cm über der Wasserlienie. Außerdem noch auf beiden Seiten unterschiedlich hoch. Die Firma sieht den Fehler nicht ein und bessert nicht nach. Auch andere Fragen bezüglich weiterem Zubehör zum Boot und Servicearbeiten bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich habe den Eindruck dieser Händler ist nur daran interessiert Boote zu verkaufen aber keinen Service anzubieten.
