Yellow Car

Po tym jak wypożyczalnia Marbesol nam nie wydała samochodu na lotnisku w Maladze za który wcześniej zapłaciliśmy z ubezpieczeniem zostaliśmy w nocy sami z taxi do hotelu nieopodal Cala de Mijas. Rano pojechaliśmy do YellowCars w Cala de Mijas i dostaliśmy auto. Gdyby nie to musiałbym przekładać cały plan zwiedzania. Musiałem zapłacić o 115 euro więcej ale miałem auto. Nie wymagali ode mnie karty kredytowej, zapłaciłem debetową kartą wraz z ubezpieczeniem, co dla mnie jest normalne i wszędzie w Hiszpanii tak rezerwowałem auto. Dodatkowo 100 euro musiałem zapłacić depozyt za benzynę gdyż samochód oddawałem na lotnisku w Maladze przed godziną 8.00, a główne biuro było zamknięte. Zwrot depozytu dostałem w niecałe 48 godzin po zwrocie auta. Jedynym stresującym momentem jest wjechanie na parking publiczny na lotnisku gdyż można łatwo się pomylić. Wcześniej jest wjazd z parkingiem dla innych wypożyczalni. Pani w biurze w Cala de Mijas była bardzo miła i wyrozumiała. Po raz pierwszy w Hiszpanii zostałem tak źle potraktowany w wypożyczalni Marbesol, której nie polecam, natomiast w YellowCars było wszystko okey, niestety kosztowało mnie to wraz z taksówką 170 euro więcej. Auto było naprawdę fajne, czyste z możliwością podłaczenia telefonu z androidem dzięki czemu miałem GPS na komputerze.

Great service as usual , wouldn't consider using another car rental when in Spain. Libanro who dropped off the car to apartment was very friendly and helpful.

El mejor servicio de rent a car de la costa

I have rented cars 3 times with this company each time an emergency. It’s refreshing to deal with an honest company. I made a mistake and they were within there rights to charge me but they did not. I feel embarrassed to say it but there it is. The point is that it’s rare that this would happen. They are professional as well and don’t play games with huge deposits and silly waiver policy’s. Thank you again
