Protur Naisa Palma Hotel
Stayed here for 4 nights and it was an amazing stay.The 2 pools they had were great - the indoor was heated plus there was a sauna.The rooftop pool also gives a good view to the neighbourhood and though the water could be cold, you could warm yourself up with some beer from the bar.The breakfast was also outstanding with a wide range of selection (either warm food or bread/cheeses/cereals).Room interiors also very classy.

Very nice hotel suitable for mini breaks or business meetings. Very professional and friendly staff who are always there to help. The rooms are modern and well designed, the only thing to bee aware of if sharing with someone is that the bathroom area is not very private.

Protur Naisa Palma Hotel
Visited Palma a few times. We stayed for 6 nights. Brilliant centrally located hotel, close to the old town, Main shopping street Born/ Jaime II, cathedral etc. also just a short walk to foodie street Calle de Fàbrica with fantastic restaurants. Whole hotel is lovely, clean and smart with great pool (cold in October) pool bar/food, good indoor pool with steam and sauna. Only rooms with outside space are the terraced whirlpool rooms at back of hotel they have no views but are quite private due to canopies very comfortable and loved our room. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast is brilliant with large selection of cereals, fruit, breads/pastries, hot selection and also has a very good gluten free offering which is kept totally separate which I have not seen in other hotels. We found a fantastic little Thai restaurant just 2 seconds up the street called Thai style that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff. We were sad to leave!Both the roof top and spa indoor pool were great and well maintained.

Protur Naisa Palma Hotel
Our stay here was wonderful. Beautiful, modern finishes, artfully decorated, spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms. It was extremely clean and located very close to city center. We were able to walk to the main shopping area, the cathedral and Arab Baths. We also had our 5-month old baby and the room was already prepared with a crib and bedding for her when we arrived. Highly recommend for a stay in Palma.

Segunda vez visitando, igual de excelente. Hotel es bello. Camas muy cómodas. Cuartos espaciosos. Buenísimo baño y ducha. El desayuno es lo máximo igual que el trato del personal - los dos puntos que me hacen volver. Muy bien ubicado pegado al centro de la ciudad pero cómodos.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y y nos encantó. El personal súper atento y con ganas de ayudar. Las habitaciones súper limpias, los desayunos riquísimos y con gran variedad. Cuenta con una terraza con piscina y solárium estupenda. Las vistas son chilisimas.

Nice location. 1,5km from the old town and aprox 1km from the marina. Just next to the police prefecture, so it's safe. Nice breakfast with many options, but they had a problem with fruit flies. I really don't mind but I heard others complaining. The room was spatious, the bathroom really big, and everything was controlled electronically.

Protur Naisa Palma Hotel
Really great experience. Loads of options @ breakfast every morning, room was very comfortable, location was within a short distance of the old town and lots of restaurants. We rented bikes from the hotel for going to the beach.Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Advice on places to eat, helping organise activities and sorting a car rental for us.
