A fantastic place to learn Spanish!

Paid 225 euros for a short block of lessons (7 lessons at 45.00 per lesson estimated costs); given an unqualified AND inexperienced teacher who could not engage my previously very keen children. Corresponded with the 'school' who then changed the teacher to someone more experienced for the final 3 hours, but then refused to partially refund for the other classes despite them being not only a waste of time but also diminishing my children's enthusiasm for learning Spanish which is of more concern in lots of ways. The 'school' fully conceded the first 'teacher' was 'still at University' (and therefore unqualified and far from experienced) but tried to assert that as she was young she was the best teacher for my children despite her lack of both qualification and experience. From our perspective this was exploitative to both us as a family wanting to learn Spanish as the school pocketed 150.00 euros, left us to pay the remainder to the teacher(s) and did not supply the young and inexperienced 'teacher' with any lesson plans or guidance. Just because I speak English, it doesn't qualify me as an English TEACHER and I would neither accept work as an English teacher nor accept money for the supply of anyone unqualified. Avoid and find your own teachers is my advice!!
