Having used Padpall motors to rent a car we found them to be a very professional business with a good customer service and friendly staff. We were offered a good choice in models of car, all of which were very reasonably priced with no hidden charges, a very easy and hassle free experience. We will certainly use this company in the future.

Best place locally to hire cars. Very good value. Also reasonable prices for a variety of second hand cars to buy. Some are not ready for on the road sale so be prepared to wait. English and Spanish speakers.

Justin sourced a Renault Kadjar for me.He was very helpful all the way through the buying process.It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future

Went in to buy a car but they didn't have what we wanted, they said they will try to locate what we want in our time scale. So far very impressed with there service.

Difficult to understand, still awaiting a reply regarding the possibility of a purchase.

Let me warn all prospective buyers. Give this company a wide birth. From day one nothing but problems and not prepared to do anything to rectify the situation. All they say is NOT covered by warranty. Be warned STEER WELL CLEAR

Very disorganised. Went to hire a car. I was told the contract would be emailed. When it wasn't I called to be told the system had crashed (their usual excuse when they screw up) and the car been hired out to someone else and nothing now available. How come they had all my details on the desk right in front of them and did no checking? Not my first experience of how disorganised they are.

I would put lower than one star but I don’t think there is any option for that only bought a car in May 2022 and used it for 10 to 12 days, a thousand kilometres, two tanks of fuel and the head has already gone and a gasket.Things happen with Cars admittedly but when approached Justin wanted me to pay for the whole lot apart from some of the labour, I too was told that it was a part that was not under warranty, unsurprisingly. The car should be guaranteed for a year The car has gone to another garage now and hopefully will be able to sort the problems out in time.Time and stress will be Irretrievable but I hope anybody will do due diligence.With reference to your response below you were not doing the repair for nothing. At the end of the day Justin you know the truth so do I and a review is a review I do have Correspondences between us to the fact I appreciate your response many thanks for your time
