Not a good experience at all!!!He gave us a broken helmet and made us pay for it when we gave it back, telling us it was our fault, even if we had photos for proof!Not coming back again!!

Rented a bike for two days, he gave us a broken helmet and when we gave it back he said we had to pay for it!Obviously he’ll say it is our fault, but when he asked for proofs and I showed him the photos of the broken helmet with the date and the time we got it, he still said it wasn’t enough, so that we had to pay 25 extra euros!Such a liar!

Good experience picking up the scooter with the young lady serving us. When the battery died they came out quickly to replace it. What ruined the experience was when I dropped the scooter off and asked them to call me a taxi the guy working was huffing and puffing and acting like I was asking for something crazy. He gave me a taxi number that didn't work and walked off. Took me ages to find a taxi company to pick me up. Really annoyed me. Surely people that drop scooters off need taxis?

Had a great time and experience with Lolo’s scooters. Allowed us to see more of the beautiful island. Easy and not complicated rental process. Great and friendly staff that assisted and made sure I understood everything.

Rented two e-bikes for 24 hours. One of them worked okay, but the other was basically like riding a manual bike except extra heavy. No compensation was given for the faulty product.

Truly terrible company to hire scooters from. We hired 2 and one of them broke 3 times in 3 days. They did not replace the broken bike on the last occasion when we were stranded on the other side of the island resulting in us having to pay €90 for a taxi. None of the inconvenience was our fault and they couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful on any of the occasions. Do not hire anything from this awful company with rude employees and truly awful customer service

I rented a bike here for a few days without reservations. Even though it was high season, he made me a good price. The scooter was in excellent conditions. The whole process was easy and uncomplicated without any bad surprises" at the end. I would rent their bikes again!"
