Bike was OK if you forgive the gears packing up when it rained and the saddle tilting when I dropped down a curb. The guy in the shop has customer relations down to the bear minimum. Turned up the first night with my pedals etc to have my bike ready for the next day. Told to bring them back in the morning. Asked him to put the bolt into my Garmin bracket ‘No you do it’Say no more

Dieses Jahr hatte ich schon 2 mal beim rad- salon in can Picafort ein Rennrad gemietet. Bin immer wieder begeistert vom den bikes die ich bekomme. Die Reservierung und die Antwort per Mail kam umgehend. Sollte mich mal jemand fragen wo man auf Mallorca gute bikes leihen kann, dann wird der rad- salon die erste Adresse sein, die ich angebe. Bei Abholung wurde alles auf mich angepasst. Der Zustand der Räder einwandfrei. Ich komme definitiv wieder, danke für den schönen Urlaub mit euren Rennrädern .UPDATE: zum 3. Mal ein Rennrad geliehen und wieder 100 % begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter sind richtig nett und verstehen ihr Handwerk. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub auf euren Rädern

Kind employee & attentive to our needs. We had two great bikes for two days! We also had chance to try two different brands as well- appreciate it!

I booked a bike for three days, but paid for four. Unfortunately i recognized this after I left the store with the bike. So they charged me for a day to long and there is no approach for a solution. They Bike was quiet good, so two stars. But I would recommend to go to one of the plenty other bike rentals. The service there is better.

Great service and friendly staff which was a great experience. I booked a BMC which was available in my size and the ride was functional and well maintained. Location is great to tackle Cap de Formentor to the North or explore the backroads around Arta and climb to the Hermita de Betlem on top of Colls de Pescadores. Pricing is competitive. Will definitely be booking here again when I return to Mallorca.

Super nice place og very good service

Super Service würde hier immer wieder mein Rennrad mieten.Reservierung per Mail verlief Problemlos.Das Rad wird bei Abholung ordentlich angepasst und eingestellt, ggf. sogar der Vorbau oder anders gewechselt. Auch bei kleinen Problemen wird eine Lösung gefunden. Haben nun schon das zweite Mal hier geliehen und bereue es nicht.Einzig die alte Preislisten aus 2020 an den Fenstern des Ladenlokal fand ich schade…
