Bought ratan" garden furniture 3 years ago from this company's outlet shop in Guardamar del Segura. Paid over 3000 euros. 3 years every piece is falling apart. The company has been very unhelpful with my complaint and has failed to acknowledge the extremely poor quality of the materials used in the furniture. For 3 thousand euros I would expect years of usage not just 3 years. In short a company that is not customer focused and selling poor quality products. Stay away."
