Coches Torrevieja

Made reservation of car since Saturday and when I arrived with my family from Valencia to buy a car to Torrevieja they just sold it 10min prior arrival to the office. Wasted time and money. Wasted 100 euros for the road. Complete scam keep away from them.

Great service, had a slight issue with the car I bought and they immediately took it back, gave me a loan car and I was pleased to buy another car from them, They went out of their way to do all they could with no question.

Buenas, no sé ni cómo empezar es increíble lo que me han hecho, me ha gustado un coche que supuestamente en el anunciopolo volswagen 2010" no tenia ningún problema me ido a verlo y me lo han enseñado como así muy por encima y la verdad que el coche por fuera se ve bien y ellos de su parte te comen la cabeza fácilmente le ofrecido mi coche como forma de pago y lo han aceptado en seguida y me dijeron que lo van a llevar a revisar y hacer la itv y que el día siguiente estará listo

Bought a car this month (vw beetle) from this company, choose to pay around 20% more than the market price just because of the warranty and other protection provided by a professional dealer.However, aside from language barrier misunderstandings, none of the promises were kept. Promised items: receipts for service and cambelt replacement, replacing diver side door card which had the handle broken, loose stop lights not fixed properly, damaged glove box, etc.I understand the car we bought is quite old, but we paid for it based on promises and asurances that all of the above would be provided.Unfortunately, this didn't happen. Moreover, we discovered other issues such as loose plastic protection at the passenger side, missing front mudguard, and under engine plastic/guard protection (I will sort them out).My advice is to check the car you buy properly and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Don't pay for the car you buy based on verbal promises saying that faulty and/or missing bits would be provided/rectified later. Unless you get written confirmation to reflect outstanding items to be provided, perhaps you'll never get those rectified.In my case, I trusted what they said, not checking the car properly, learning a costly lesson.

Agradeceros la paciencia que tenéis para clientes que quieren mucho por poco dinero. Sé que no es fácil encontrar un equilibrio, pero agradezco la paciencia para explicarme todo tan detallado y no encontrar a posteriori sorpresas ni engaños. No es el primero que os he comprado, ni el último. Gran equipo... absolutamente recomendable!!!

Todo correcto. Le compre un coche al que no le funcionaba el motor de las escobillas, pero se prestaron a pagarlo sin problema y pagaron a los 10 minutos de presentarle las facturas.Muy buen servicio posventa

Hace un tiempo me interesé por ver un JEEP Grand Cherokee 3.0 V6 CRD Limited Executive a la venta por 14.900€. Es un precio superior al mercado pero las fotos se ven tan bien que no me importa pagar más por un coche en buenas condiciones ya que este modelo es complicado encontrarlo bien conservado. Llamo y todo bien. Me dicen que el coche está en perfectas condiciones y que puedo pasar a verlo cuando quiera. Pregunto si en mi lugar puedo mandar a una empresa que revisa vehículos y aceptan ya que el coche está en impecable".Total
