The front desk seemed bothered by my questions about laundry even though the services are advertised on their website.

I asked to see the Manager after I took four of my daughter's dresses in here to be dry cleaned. As the price list quoted they would be €15.90 each. (See photo.) When I went to collect them I was charged €19.40 each. I enquired why, I was told that they were all made of specialist materials" such as silk. They most certainly weren't.I was directed to read the price list stuck to back wall which had some small print at the bottom talking about specialist materials - too small for most to be able to read at that distance.The 'Manager' wasn't anything of the sort - "Pressto" is just a concession within El Corte Inglès.So that's €80 to dry clean 4 cotton dresses.El Corte Inglès would do well to disassociate themselves from this fundamentally dishonest enterprise. And fast."

Muy mal servicio. Quieren cobrar más de que está puesto en la lista de precios. Te dicen que con es sencillo y limpiarlo es difícil y te suben precio. Estafadores!

HolaTerrible service I had to come twice because they left water stains in front of my silk dress.Finally i got my dress on hanger - no protected at all - i had to pay for cover.Plus huge problems with communication- rudeness and arrogance- lack of willingness to understand the customer.
