Their sim card never worked after 1 week of communication, they seemed to have lost my contract. I recommend you wait to be in Roma directly to buy a Sim card. You can download Roma map on Google map in advance to be sure to be able to use it without internet. They have Vodafone in the train station Termini of Roma for example.
