Horrible service !First they hook you up by being super responsive, coming and assessing your appliance's problem the same day.They charge you 70€ for that and tell you they'll deduct that charge from the repair fees if you decide to go ahead with it.So, so far it seems like a great service, right, they came the same day to check on your problem. So logically you book the repair with them of course, fast appearing service and deduction of the initial fees. But then everything starts to go downhill.They do come and take your appliance a few days later. They tell you it will be fixed and returned a couple of days afterwards. And then start the cracks. They do not come as promised, days and days pass. They don't pick up the phone anymore when you call. I had wait about 2 and 1/2 weeks for them to bring back my appliance, and it seems they only responded when I threatened them to report them to the authorities for scam services.They didn't provide any proof that they had replaced the default part with a new original one. But at least the appliance was working.Until 2 months later when the same error code showed up again. After heavily insisting over the phone for several days they came and took out the default part. That was 2 and a half weeks ago. Since then, they told me already 5 times that they will come and change de part with the new one. You have to block your schedule and be there every time or get someone to stay at your house awaiting for them. Then they simply don't show up. They don't inform you, they don't re-schedule, they don't apologize. So I'm still left hanging with no info, no response, no service.I've very rarely experienced such a low and poor service. I strongly advice not to deal with that type of un-professionalism and lack of basic respect for people's time organization.

Te dicen que cuesta más la reparación que una nueva y te cobran más de 70€ por ello.

Nos vinieron arreglar un electrodomestico y tuvimos que ir detras de ellos 1 mes. Todavia seguimos sin solucion. Tuvimos que comprar uno nuevo. Nada eecomendable. Es mas barato el servicio oficial.Despues de mucho protestar. Nos devolvieron el dinero integro de la factura

Horrible service, they don't answer, they don't come, terrible.

¡FATAL! Vinieron ha hacerme un presupuesto, me lo dieron, lo acepté y me dijeron que venían al día siguiente….. llevo UN MES esperando detrás de ellos llamando… y NADIE RESPONDE y sigo con los electrodomésticos SIN ARREGLAR. Una vergüenza!

Vinieron a reparar un horno, lo acabaron de estropear, me cobraron 80 euros y no responden a mis llamadas

Me cobraron 123 € Llame tres veces para que vinieran a arreglarlo .Aquí no ha devuelto la llamada ni han venido Una Vergüenza!!

Un absoluto desastre. Se me rompió la lavadora y este es el número que me venía en la factura para llamar en caso de problema. Han tardado casi 6 meses en arreglarla. Primero vino un técnico, que me dijo que había que reparar la placa, se la llevó y me dijo que en 5 días me llamarían para traerla ya reparada. Más de un mes llamando todos los días para que me la trajeran de vuelta. (Sin lavadora todo ese tiempo). Cuando la traen, a los dos días no funciona. Vuelvo a llamar, otro mes para que vuelvan a venir. Me dicen que hay una cinta deteriorada. Otro mes esperando (llamando todos los días, “esta tarde te llama el técnico para concretar fecha” y nunca llamaba). Después de ese mes me dice el técnico que viene que qué cinta, que no hay información de ninguna cinta. Echa un ojo y dice que la placa no la han arreglado bien y que hace falta una nueva. Otro mes igual, llamando y recibiendo la promesa de que ese mismo día me llamará el técnico para concretar día y fecha. En total 5 meses. Un servicio de atención al cliente LAMENTABLE.
