Went here because I was interested in a swim spa. The staff saw us but just left us standing there. When they finally approached us it took forever to find a folder and we were never offered any information. A shame to treat a potential customer like this. Knowing that prices of these pools start at 25.000 euros you would expect a more proactive, welcoming and helpful attitude. Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere cause if this is sales, imagine what aftersales would be....

Thanks to Flo and her amazing team for our wonderful spa. Flo has a superb selection of spas to choose from and once you pick, the service from beginning to end is unbeatable. Flo is a pleasure to deal with and her team of workers are also great. Once you have your spa it continues with wonderful after care service. We even had Flo come to visit to show us how it all works and left us with some lovely extras. Highly recommend this company. Xx thanks Flo xx

Florence was so helpful and drove out to our finca after work to help us come to grips with a spa we inherited after purchasing a finca. The spa is now is great working order and we enjoy using it a lot. I also bought a second hand spa cover for an excellent price, very happy.

I purchased a new spa from Aqua Flo About a month ago, I dealt with Florence who was very helpful and attentive, she listened to my needs and was very helpful in selecting the right spa. She attended when the spa was delivered and installed and made sure everything was perfect before she left. Since installation Florence has contacted me twice to make sure everything was ok, 5 star customer service.

We inherited a spa in Spain near the Agua Flo store. The spa didn’t work. We have spent a lot of time dealing with Flo and her colleagues to try to get the spa fixed. Flo suggested the least invasive things first to try to get it fixed.There was lots of trouble shooting to try. It ended up needing new electrics and circuit board. Now the spa works like new. The point is Flo didn’t give up on us, didn’t charge us till we knew exactly what needed doing and encouraged us to keep trying as she knew we had a good quality spa.Flo was very helpful and knowledgable and came to the house a few times.Thanks Flo, we would definitely recommend you!!!

We can't recommend this company enough. From the point of sale, to the installation to the after sales service, Florence was brilliant. Florence even came to test our hot tub for chemicals when we were in the UK! Five star company with five star customer service. You won't be disappointed!
