Most of notary offices in Mallorca are respectfully and fast is service even when they are super busy. I've tried before in palmanova and Manacore. We went this office in Arta when we had appointment before and the lady was friendly at desk and reviewed documents and asked for one more paper and we went to get from office and confirm back. It took 8 mins, when we come back the guy which was notary took our document and asked us to wait( office was empty and no one there at all). After 20 mins, he came to us and said: I won't do it today and maybe tomorrow and you better call ask tomorrow if I want do it , and I won't explain why , because this is my way to not explain and take my time.
