Fantastic golf course in very good condition. The course is quite tricky with a lot of water, especially on the back 9, where you don't really expect it. Greens in superb condition but very quick. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. Except for the service in the club house which was very slow. Price is quite high

Fantastic golf course.Perfect reception, the staff is very kind and helpful.In the middle of August, we managed to play in under 4 hours with no waiting, which is greatly appreciated, especially considering the heat.The quality-price ratio is unmatched during this period – for the price of a basic public course, you have the opportunity to play an incredible DP world Tour circuit course.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The course was in good condition overall. Set of rental clubs were also in very good shape. We enjoyed our time for sure, some holes are quite technical and it was a good mix in terms of distance. Only con, green fee a bit overpriced at 105eu for non members.

Best golf course we have played at the Algarve.It is challenging and very beatiful, Bunker landscapes look very impressive and imaginative. Several water hazards are demanding.

Buen campo de golf

Ambassadors trip to Algarve, course 2/7.Second day of our trip. Arriving early morning to parking lot in front of clubhouse. Course is 10 minutes from our hotel, big benefit in Vilamoura.We are checking it with very friendly receptionist. Walking into pro-shop to buy some logo balls and check the rest of the clubhouse. Had look into the locker room, its old fashioned with enough space, nice and clean.Quick morning coffee before the buggy pick up. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful, great standard of DOM PEDRO staff.Training facilities are just in front of club house, nicely overseen from terrace.No driving range for us, we just check the speed and quality of putting green, its perfect.We pick up buggy and are off to the 1st tee.Course from yellow tees is quite long and requiring all your power to score. First few holes are wide open and if you miss to go to driving you have opportunity to warm up. layout is not complicated, with no big elevation differences and easily to walk. Watch carefully where you hit even if rough is not deep, is still bermuda grass and its good to know your distances. Fairways are nicely lined with olive trees. Quality of the tee boxes and fairways are on high level as well as greens which gives you enough place to land you shot. After warm up on front nine you will move to back nine, where probably the 10th hole is the easiest out of it. Back nine brings into your game water hazards and prepare for the fairways with slopes towards the water, so even good shot could be punished.Finishing on long par 4 on 18th hole will bring you back to clubhouse.We took a quick lunch on terrace, and I recommend to do it, food was great affordable and very much needed, cause we are off to afternoon session at nearby Millenium course.Even if Victoria is not my blood type" design
