Charged me for gas despite me having filled it up to full, and also charged me a one-way fee despite me having picked up and delivered the car in the same location. When I tried to dispute these things, they simply said I was wrong with no proof, and refused to refund me. Terrible customer service, and for that reason alone I would advice you to pick a different car rental agency.

Great service. I arrived in Alicante at 00.45 in the night, and the person at the desk was very helpful and service-minded. Was upgraded from a Peugeot 2008 to a Alfa Romeo - brand new. The total price at the return was the same as the one shown on the website when I first booked the car. No additional or hidden costs at all. Strongly recommend. But as always, try not to squeeze in between cars where there's barely any extra space. 5 stars, looking forward to rent via Hertz again.

First we try to rent with Record Go, this company is a nightmare. Hertz was 10 times better. Record go made false claims they except American Express but Hertz didn’t. They showed the image of American Express and accepted the card like they should. Good service, clean new car, I would recommend them.

Tener mucho cuidado, te cobran hasta la marca más pequeña que tenga el coche aunque sea en el paracoches y pequeña. Ronda la estafa.Aunque no te lo digan mejor hacer fotos del coche antes de alquilarlo.Contratar todo riesgo u otra compañía menos estafadora.

Pésima experiencia, te dan un precio y después se cobran lo que quieren, te fríen a tasas, impuestos, etc. He probado otras empresas y nunca he tenido tan mala experiencia, no repetiré.
