Eudelyn was my Pilates teacher for many years in London at Ten Health & Fitness in London. She was a dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher and I always enjoyed her classes. A really nice person too!

Eudelyn has been my pilates instructor for many, many years - from before I was a mother, through my pregnancy to getting back into shape afterwards. I have loved working with her over the years - she understands exactly how far to push you to keep achieving and improving and feeling motivated. She tailors her sessions to suit the individual so you never feel bored, tired or de-motivated. I love working with her and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Eudelyn has been my Pilates teacher for many years. She is a really amazing teacher and wonderful person! She is very passionate, knowledgeable and technical of her discipline and very personal as a teacher. Moreover she is capable of transferring her complex knowledge in such simple and encouraging way. She helped me through the pregnancy and thanks to her physical and mental coaching I was able to achieve my goals. I can't be more grateful to Eudelyn for all she did for me!

Eudelyn was my pilates teacher at Ten Health & Fitness in London (by the way we really miss you!). She's a great teacher, very encouraging and patient but she makes you work hard too - always with a smile on your face! Eudelyn is very attentive and corrects your posture without being intrusive. It was a pleasure training with you :)
