The purchase of our property in Spain was the first time having to deal with a solicitor from another Country and I was a very apprehensive concerning the process and administration. I need not have been worried as Carmen and Alexandra were excellent and professional explaining the legal formalities required in the purchase of our property. Also in setting up our Bank Account, obtaining our NIE numbers and also the drafting of our Spanish Wills. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend Blau Solicitors.

Fantastic law firm, they were very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, they guided us through our purchase. We never met face to face but we didnt need to, lots of e mails and phone calls. Spoke to Carmen a couple of times she rang me one evening at 7pm with information. Would highly recommend them.
