still no response.Very poor quality goods.These are outdoor sofa cushions after 12 weeks of occasional use.Plicosa have been aware of these for 14 months and still refuse to replace them.They tried to repair them by melting the fabric in the hope it would stop fraying.The fabric used is the cheapest possible with really cheap quality zips that are breaking.So, if you want to maintain the reputation of your company,DO NOT BUY anything from this company.SHAME ON YOU PLICOSA AND EROSKI SUPERMARKET
